For planning purposes, here are the practice days and times for each age group:
Gold Room – High School
- Season runs from August 17th to November 11th.
- First Practice is Thursday August 17th at 5:00pm.
- Cost is $400 for all days when paid in full ($450pp) or $250 for one practice per week (you choose the day).
- $25 off for each additional sibling wrestler
- Practice Schedule:
- Tuesday 5:00 pm – 6:20 pm
- Thursday 5:00 pm – 6:20 pm
- Saturday 11:30 pm – 1:00 pm
Silver Room – Elementary/Middle School:
- Season runs from August 17th to November 1st
- First Practice is Thursday August 17th at 6:30pm.
- Cost is $300 for all days when paid in full ($350 for pp) or $250 for one practice per week (you choose the day).
- $25 off for each additional sibling wrestler
- Practice Schedule:
- Tuesday 6:30 pm – 7:45 pm
- Thursday 6:30 pm – 7:45 pm
- Saturday 10:00am – 11:15am
MWC College Commits
MWC has helped wrestlers all over Nebraska and Iowa achieve their dreams of becoming collegiate level wrestlers. Our coaches have cultivated relationships with college coaches at all levels from across the country. We leverage these relationships to help student athletes and their parents find the best program for their wrestler. College coaches often comment that athletes who have spent time in the MWC Training Facility are proven to be tougher, have more discipline, better technique, and most importantly, a true love of our sport.
