For planning purposes, here are the practice days and times for each age group:

Gold Room – High School

• Season runs from August 17th to November 11th.
• First Practice is Thursday August 17th at 5:00pm. 
• Cost is $400 for all days or $250 for one practice per week (you choose the day).
  • $25 off for each additional sibling wrestler
• Practice Schedule:
  • Tuesday                       5:00 pm – 6:20 pm
  • Thursday                     5:00 pm – 6:20 pm
  • Saturday                     11:30 pm – 1:00 pm

Silver Room – Elementary/Middle School:

• Season runs from August 17th to November 1st   
• First Practice is Thursday August 17th at 6:30pm.  
• Cost is $300 for all days or $250 for one practice per week (you choose the day).
  • $25 off for each additional sibling wrestler
• Practice Schedule:
  • Tuesday                       6:30 pm – 7:45 pm
  • Thursday                     6:30 pm – 7:45 pm
  • Saturday                      10:00am – 11:15am
